Question 2

How many pickleball courts does FPB Sports Complex have?

Accepted Answer

FPB Sports Complex has 2 pickleball courts, outdoors. Multi-court venues are the ones worth asking about open play, since they can run several games at once.

Question 3

How much does it cost to play at FPB Sports Complex?

Accepted Answer

FPB Sports Complex publishes ₱20-₱50, but does not say whether that is per player or for the whole court. Ask which on 0977-802-4097 before you agree: at a ₱300 court rate, four players pay ₱75 each, whereas a ₱300 per-player fee is ₱1,200 for the same session.

Question 4

Can I book a court at FPB Sports Complex?

Accepted Answer

Call or message FPB Sports Complex on 0977-802-4097. Online booking is still uncommon among Philippine courts, so a phone or Viber message is usually the only way to hold a slot; ask specifically whether they take reservations or run purely walk-in, because the two are priced differently.

Question 5

Is FPB Sports Complex suitable for beginners?

Accepted Answer

FPB Sports Complex has no lessons or paddle rental on file, so arrive with your own paddle and expect to learn by playing. That is how most Filipino players started. Ask whether the venue runs open play or mixed-level sessions, since joining one of those is far more useful for a beginner than renting an empty court, and read the Learn to Play guide first so the scoring makes sense.

Question 6

What should I bring to play at FPB Sports Complex?

Accepted Answer

A paddle, outdoor balls, the firmer ones with 40 small holes, and court shoes with lateral support. Running shoes are the most common mistake: their soles are built for forward motion and roll on the sideways push-off pickleball is full of. For an outdoor court in Davao City, add sunscreen, a sweat towel, and at least a litre of water, and aim for early morning or late afternoon. Without listed lighting, plan to finish before dusk.

Question 7

Is FPB Sports Complex any good?

Accepted Answer

Players give FPB Sports Complex 4.1 out of 5 across 131 Google reviews, which is around average for courts in the country. Ratings tend to reflect court surface, whether the nets are proper pickleball height, and how crowded open play gets, so it is worth reading a few reviews rather than trusting the number alone.

Question 8

What are the alternatives to FPB Sports Complex in Davao City?

Accepted Answer

Neon Paddle Club, KRAS Multi-Sport Center, Picklebulls Davao, and Matchpoint Pickleball Co. are also in Davao City, part of 251 other venues listed here. Each has its own page with address, posted hours, and rate where we have them. Since drop-in fees inside one city can differ by more than double, checking two or three before committing is worth the time, particularly if you play several times a week.

Question 9

How can the owner update this FPB Sports Complex listing?

Accepted Answer

The owner or manager can claim the listing on PickleBoard for free. A claimed listing lets the venue correct its own rates, hours, photos, and booking links, which is the difference between a page that sends players to the door and one they bounce off because the price is missing.
