Xavier Estates Pickleball Club (XEPC) is a pickleball club based at the Xavier Estates Sports & Country Club on Fr. Masterson Avenue, Upper Balulang, Cagayan de Oro. The venue offers ten hard courts, six outdoor and four indoor, available for reservation at around 350 pesos per hour. The club organizes competitive play, including its XEPC Invitational Tournament series; the second edition was held at the club in April 2026.
